Starfish Beachwear Returns and Cancellations Policy

Returns policy within the UK

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, we are happy to exchange or refund you the full amount except postage as long as the goods are in their original condition and packaging, unworn with all labels still attached. Returned within 10 days of your order arriving. (please note this starts from the first delivery attempt to you home) When returning goods please fill out return form and use the prepaid returns labels provided. When sending a return to Starfish Beach you must get a proof of postage from the post office, which is free, as we are not held responsible for any goods lost en route to Starfish Beach. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.

Please note:
We regret that for hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from the returns policy.

Returns on Faulty Goods

If the goods supplied to you are faulty, you should return them to Starfish explaining the problem within the 10 days of your order arriving. Our Quality Assurance department will inspect goods and goods that have been purposely tampered with will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

How to cancel your Order

Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the goods you have purchased at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel the contract, email our customer services (returns@starfishbeach.co.uk). If your order has already been shipped, you will have to send the items back to Starfish using the free returns label.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.

Statutory Rights are not affected by our returns policy.
